C library does not update the loc value

Hello,

I was trying to work with the C module added in this repo and had also requested for the log file(log1sorted) which u provided.. while executing with the provided log file, what i noticed was the filtered lat is not updated though the longitude gets updated.
There is a like called FKS which i think u got after execution, i see that there lat and lon is updated but when i execute the samething, the fks generated does not update lat.
