Error during sync: "A campaign with the provided ID does not exist in the account for this list."

Preconditions

1. Mailchimp for Magento 1.1.15
2. Any version of Magento

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Mailchimp lists and a create subscriber with the same email in two lists "list 1" and "list 2"
2. At the configuration settings of the extension choose the "list 2".
3. Create a Mailchimp campaign for "list 1", add a link to the store view with the "list 2" and run it.
4. Follow link from the campaign and place a new order with the email which was used in p.1.

Expected result

1. Order will by synced without reference to mailchimp_campaign_id
   

Actual result

Order is not synced. There is an error in Mailchimp.log: "A campaign with the provided ID does not exist in the account for this list."
