I failed to see the warning about codes not transferring with phone. Is there anything you can do, please?

Hi Matt,

I got a new phone a few weeks ago and gave my dad the old one. I Went over a few stuff, then transferred to the new one and formatted my older one. I did not realize the warning of codes not transferring between phones. While I can blame myself, this warning should be WAY more obvious as this can have some severe consequences, job-wise, for example.

Is there anything you can do to help me generate a code on my new phone? I cannot access my Facebook anymore, which I need for marketing purposes at work, Facebook hasn't been helpful at all either.
