Missing paths in README

Thanks for posting this, but is there any chance you could more clearly indicate where we need to put these files? Where does the package.json file go? Does it go in the project root where manage.py is stored? or is it in the static folder? Etc. This tutorial is very difficult to follow because we have to guess where to put the files.
