建表语句没有指定库名，所有建表语句的表名和字段名用的都是大写，但是程序本身有使用大写也有使用小写，mysql对大小写是敏感的，使用起来会报错，数据库默认配置也不规范

@melin , 貌似处理不兼容ORACLE，是否必须绑定到ORACLE数据库上
