Clone errors on case-insensitive filesystems due to one file under Data Science for Beginners

The Data Science for Beginners workshop has an issue on Microsoft NTFS or other case-insensitive filesystems:

warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:

'Data-Science-For-Beginners/translations/README.ne.MD'
'Data-Science-For-Beginners/translations/README.ne.md'

Not sure if this will affect contributions here but it should probably be addressed?
