The current Source Control Graph view is in the sidebar, it is limited in size, and the default size is small, it lacks some practicality.

I know it's to keep a consistent layout and interaction, but it would be more practical as a separate editor (tab).

Like Git Graph does:

Did you try dragging it into the Panel?

I tried it and it works fine
just notice this trivial bug where it keeps the text below the icon instead it should maintain that

U r trying to dropping it in the editor which isn’t supported
U should drop it in the panel near terminal tab and then u can always resize the panel to take the full editor width

That's exactly what I said “support move the view panel to editor”

Sorry, maybe this doesn't belong in the "Source Control Graph" label

@axetroy you are correct that it can't currently be dragged into the editor area.

My suggested workaround is to drag it into the Panel, like @abhijit-chikane showed in his screenshot. This will give you a wide display but not a long one unless you are able to maximize Panel.
