Reveal first line of diff when traversing so I can interact with toolbar

Because we reveal last line I can not nicely interact with the Accept / Undo toolbar - taking me out of my flow.

Yeah, we reveal the first line of the changed/added code not the first line of the removal

Ok. I suggest to also reveal the first line of the removal to align (and to make the above flow nicer).
