Resync status shows animation but no output if not started

Expected behavior

When executing mc admin replicate resync status Alias Alias
and resync has not been started show an output that indicates it has not started.
The animation expected me to wait for an output that never showed up.

Actual behavior

Animation is showing but no porgress or error

Steps to reproduce the behavior

setup site replication over web console
Enter: mc admin replicate resync status Alias1 Alias2

mc --version

mc version RELEASE.2023-08-08T17-23-59Z (commit-id=01fb7c5a96ccc8bab434d1210847279710c8ae93)
Runtime: go1.19.12 linux/amd64

The same here, when using mc admin replicate resync status alias1 alias2 without running mc admin replicate add alias1 alias2 prior, we get an interface that will wait for never showing output.
It would be nice to have a "no resync operation is started" message or so.
