Summary

you cannot style hyperlinks either by itself (not editable) nor from with layouts

Expected vs Current Behavior

hyperlinks should be stylable, at the very least as display type buttons within display layouts

Steps to Reproduce

create a hyperlink
create a layout
add hyperlink to layout
observe that you cannot style the hyperlink but you should be able to

Deployment Type:
OS:
Browser:
