[Telemetry Table Configuration] Table configuration tab in edit mode breaks if you select another tab and go back

Summary

If you edit a telemetry table and go to the configuration tab in the inspector, then you select another tab in the inspector and go back to the configuration tab, it no longer works.

Expected vs Current Behavior

You should be able to switch between inspector tabs without issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. enter edit mode in a telemetry table
2. go to the configuration tab in the inspector
3. select another tab in the inspector
4. go back to the configuration tab in the inspector (it broke)
