Plugin for batch creation of condition sets and widgets

We have multiple telemetry of Switch type where the values can be either ON or OFF. It's frustrating to create a new conditional set for a every single switch telemetry (there are 100's).

Describe the solution you'd like
I way to create conditional set which is not bound to any telemetry but rather is a generic one just dependent on the value of the telemetry. I would love to be able to just drag and drop a switch telemetry into panel and apply conditional formatting to it using this generic conditional set instead of having to create a new conditional set for it.

Note: This functionality is provided presently by an external tool developed by @charlesh88 . Details here. It would be nice to provide this functionality as a plugin or some other built-in feature so that users can create objects en masse without leaving Open MCT.
