Current behaviour

The issues page is displaying all the available issues and we can able to navigate to issues by clicking them from the issues page. This is fine but inorder to go to a different issue, we need to go back to the issues page and click on the next issue.

Suggested behaviour

This can be improved by adding a navigation option within the issue detail page, which allows to go to next/previous issue.
This can simply be a Next, Previous button added at the top of the issue detail page.

Use cases

• Avoid going back-and-forth to issues page to navigate between issues
• Improves productivity of collaborators of the project if there are lot of issues present and quickly go through them on taking necessary actions.
• New users who are looking for issues like good-first-issue/docs/simple-bug in a larger project will find it easy to check on them with this navigation options.
