When using Copilot version 1.4.15.4632 with Goland and PHPStorm 2023.3.4, enabling Copilot causes the entire program to freeze and results in an error message indicating an exception with the Copilot plugin when attempting to open a new project.
When Copilot is disabled, the program functions normally.
