my proxy is ok!

by the way: my pycharm version is : PyCharm 2021.3 (Professional Edition)
github copilot version is : 1.2.9.2684

Could you try an alternate way? like using a proxy client (ex: nekobox) and enabling the tun mode feature? or using proxifier and routing proxying the application?
