'Email in use' but also 'not associated in any account'

Hey Community. This is somewhat of a limbo.
This account (iamyannc) is a gmail private account. I tried to add another gmail account (yannco5) as a secondary email, but then i get the error that the other email is already in use.

So I went to log in to that other email (yannco5) and clicked 'forgot password' but tadam! cant log in! I'm stuck!

On one hand, Can't add it to an existing account, and on the other, I cant log in :\
