I configured a GitHub webhook with Jenkins to automatically trigger my Jenkins pipeline on every pull request. While the pipeline is successfully triggered, I'm facing an issue where GitHub is continuously sending payloads to Jenkins every 30 seconds after a pull request is merged. Ideally, GitHub should only send the payload once when the PR is merged or twice when the PR is opened and closed.
