The App is installed on the organization
Repo access: all organization repos
Permissions: Read access to actions, metadata, and organization administration (per the docs for the endpoints we care about)
The problem: My code requests private and internal repos. Only private are returned.
Note: when I used a PAT (personal access token), the endpoint returned private and internal repos. But I don't want to use a PAT. I want to use the installation token.
