Remove v2 projects from "recently viewed" results in 404 without deleting the history

I have discovered a bug that if a v2 project is not owned by myself, I cannot remove it from "recently viewed".

The reproduction is very simple:

1. Visit a v2 project that you don't own, for example: https://github.com/orgs/twbs/projects/12
2. Go to https://github.com/projects, and click on the triple dot button, and select "Remove from recently viewed"
3. It results in a 404 page, going back to https://github.com/projects you would see the project is still there in recently viewed.

Note: for projects created by myself, removing from recently viewed works just fine. It's only for projects that someone does not have ownership that cannot be removed from recently viewed. It seems to be a bug on how access check is done.
