scan document fail for application

hi everyone, i've tried multiple times to enroll on student program I'm enrolled in Ilerna which is an official degree in pain, problem is that they require email from them which they do not provide, also I've managed to use instead a letter signed that proves that I'm enrolled, but they only way to upload is with a camera phone not to upload an scanned document, problem is that even with a good camera , its all blurry, anyhow you can read it regardless, but I think is failing because is an automated process..

my name on my billing is the same on the letter, I;ve sent my id with my letter to support with no luck, anyone had experience something similar?
