Add Share button that copies PR URL onto clipboard

Hello,

We use Slack to share Pull Requests among each other. This means that, for every PR I open, I need to copy the URL, then paste it into Slack and I need to type up a small description as well.

To improve this, I implemented a small browser extension that adds a "Share" button:

Once clicked, this button copies the following string on the clipboard:
https://<pr_url> (<pr_title>)

Then I can paste this into Slack straight away.

It would be great if this was supported natively in GitHub.
