I am using VS Code to connect to a Linux machine via SSH using the Remote-SSH extension. GitHub Copilot works fine when running VS Code locally, but after establishing the SSH connection, it stops functioning. The Copilot extension is installed, but it stays stuck on "Use Copilot," and no suggestions or completions are provided.

This issue started occurring after a recent update to VS Code. Before the update, Copilot worked seamlessly over the SSH connection.

Environment Details:

1. Local Machine OS: MAC
2. Remote Machine OS: Linux
3. VS Code Version: 1.96.1 (Universal)
4. GitHub Copilot Extension Version: 1.253.0
5. Extensions in Use: Remote-SSH, GitHub Copilot
6. Connection Method: SSH via VS Code Remote-SSH extension

issue resolved after installing all the extenstion available locally to remote server
