How to make manual payment after updating your payment method?

i'm trying to make or trigger a subscription payment after i realised that my card details has expired and i needed to update it with new details.
I've done that but payment has still not been triggered.

Hi @lordacheampong ,

As stated in the docs, "When you update the payment method for your account's plan, your new payment method is automatically added to your other subscriptions and usage-based billing. We don't support purchase orders for personal accounts. We email receipts monthly or yearly on your account's billing date".

If you have problems with your billing or need more information, contact support by opening a ticket here and select
"Billing, payments, or receipts".

Hey @lordacheampong, If you've updated your card details but the payment hasn't been triggered, try these steps:

Check Billing Settings: Go to GitHub Billing and see if there’s an option to manually pay.
Wait for Automatic Retry: GitHub usually retries failed payments within a few days.
Contact GitHub Support: If the payment isn’t processing, you can reach out to GitHub Support for manual assistance.
