Hi @adharvarun, I’ve been in your shoes before, so I totally understand how frustrating this wait can be. I had a similar issue with Contacted Waited (a Lot!): Shared the Issue in the GitHub Community: If you feel like it’s taking too long, I’d suggest doing both: sending a follow-up email to GitHub Support and sharing your issue here in the community. Sometimes other users who’ve faced similar problems can give you advice or help ease your worries. Hope this helps, and I’m sure you’ll get it resolved soon. Hang in there! Best of luck, |

Hi @adharvarun! Thank you for your patience. The community is unable to assist with nor escalate your ticket, but we can assure you it is in the right place. It will be answered in the order it was received based on our team's resources and the amount of tickets ahead of yours. We appreciate your understanding! As no other Community Discussions team members will be able to provide additional help with it, I am going to close this discussion. Thank you! |

Hello GitHub Community,
I am reaching out regarding support ticket #3121815, which I submitted over a month ago. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or update on the ticket, and I am becoming concerned about the lack of communication.
I understand that there may be a high volume of requests, but I would appreciate an update or any guidance on how to proceed. The issue I raised is still unresolved, and I’m eager to get assistance so I can move forward.
Could anyone here provide advice on how to escalate this or how I might get in touch with support directly?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Adharv Arun
