The time is shown in a human-friendly format like "yesterday" but there's no way to know the actual time (ie: hovering the word "yesterday" as one would expect).
I tried opening the action and the time isn't there. I tried clicking a job within the action and again only a human-friendly tag is shown. I could not find the actual time my tests ran.
