Saying "This repo is temporarily unavailable" after changing visibility to public"

It's been 2 days since the repo started showing this thing. It's not going away no matter what. I even tried changing it back to private but still nothing.

P.S: I tried to create a ticket but some say it needs some premium account or somthing :(
