Hello everyone,

I’m encountering an issue with GitHub Copilot in the web chat interface. Specifically, I’m unable to load previous messages. When I attempt to access past interactions or suggestions, I receive an error message stating "Failed to load previous messages."

I’ve already tried refreshing the page as suggested, but the issue persists. I’ve also attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Clearing the browser cache and cookies.
2. Trying a different browser.
3. Ensuring that my internet connection is stable.

Despite these efforts, I’m still unable to load previous messages. Has anyone else experienced this issue in the web chat interface? If so, were you able to find a solution? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Same here.

Clearing the browser cache and cookies, changing the browser, switching devices, and changing the network didn’t work.
