to Check Your Application Status
Visit the GitHub Education Portal:
Go to the GitHub Education Portal.

Log in with the GitHub account you used to apply for the Academic License.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:
Congrats! Your request for @ManuelSopenaBallesteros was approved and your benefits are now available.
The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Hi,

I know the status, the status is approved but for some reason I can't use copilot which is the only benefit I am looking for now.
I would like GitHub to get this solved or let me know why this is not working as expected.

To redeem your benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select Copilot, if you can redeem it you are fine, if you can't, I suggest you to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

Hey guys i need some help i have fail to been Approved in the student pack 2 times, cuz of the two-factor authentication, now ive been approved but still haven got access to github copilot, it says:

"Your Student Developer Pack will be ready soon!
We will notify you via email when your Experiences and offers become
available to you"

its been 2 days now and i still didnt get any email, and im worry that might be a problem.
