When you consult your notifications on mobile, you can select them and apply actions like "Done" or "Unsubscribe". The aforementioned actions have completely different effects, but they're right next to each other, and are executed without any confirmation presented to the user.
Earlier today, I wanted to clear out my notifications so I did "Select all" and wanted to tap on "Done", but because of the delay in the action buttons appearing and muscle memory of having done it multiple times, I ended up accidentally selecting "Unsubscribe"... And that's has consequences, because since the notifications are dismissed, you have no way to know what you unsubscribed from, and worse, re-configuring the notifications option (re-switching to "All activity") for a repo doesn't re-subscribe you to the specific issues you accidentally unsubscribed from.
This is a big oversight that may have irreversible consequences on users' notifications configuration, and I can see other users making the same mistakes.
