why not edge to edge even Target API 35?

GitHub's Android version was updated to a new version some time ago and upgrade Target API to 35

on Google's documentation about edge to edge, "Once you target SDK 35 or higher on a device running Android 15 or higher, your app is displayed edge-to-edge. The window spans the entire width and height of the display by drawing behind the system bars. System bars include the status bar, caption bar, and navigation bar."

But GitHub Android still not displayed edge to edge even this app upgrade Target API to 35.

Hi @RedLeaf007! Supporting edge-to-edge is on our roadmap. However, it will not be available in the near future as we are currently prioritizing other high-priority tasks. Thank you for your understanding!
