Hi @ermas3, As stated in the docs, "documents that prove your current student status include a picture of your school ID with current enrollment date, class schedule, transcript, and affiliation or enrollment verification letter". The screenshot you submitted should be enough, but they may require something else to prove your current student status, so try again with any of the above documents. |

Hi everyone,
My university does not issue physical documents for student ID, course registration etc., as all of these documents are digital. Yesterday, I applied for the student package and uploaded a screenshot of my digital student ID, containing all relevant information such as my name, expiration date and school affiliation. Unfortunately, my application got rejected due to the following reason "Please use your device camera to submit academic affiliation documents.". I interpret this as the issue being that I did not take a picture of an actual physical ID card, but instead just provided a screenshot of my digital ID card. How do I solve this issue, as my university does not issue physical student ID cards? In principle, I could print these digital documents at home and take a photo, but it seems kind of silly.
