Ran into a problem while applying for student developer pack

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to upload my details via the identity card, but the requirement is to provide a validity date as well. The id card has both my personal details and the validity on either sides. I tried a quick fix by stitching them together, will this work?

Hi @DiCarondo,

It may be that the automated system detects the image as invalid because it has been edited, but try it anyway. In case of rejection you have other options besides your student ID.

As stated in the docs, "documents that prove your current student status include a picture of your school ID with current enrollment date, class schedule, transcript, and affiliation or enrollment verification letter".

So you can also submit any of the above documents.
