I've been having problems with my phone for a long time and know that it's being hacked. I need help in figuring out the right process in getting it reported and fixing the problem.
I've learned that they've been slowing down my connection speed with my house wifi so that I'd be forced to use Xfinity which is a non encrypted connection.
I've been trying to use a VPN while researching how to fix the problem but I can't figure out what to do - need help.
