• Users want to download specific files (such as scripts, markdown files, or datasets) for offline reference.

• Developers need to access project files without cloning an entire repository on another device.

• Users have limited internet access and wish to store files for later use.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce a "Download" button for individual files and repositories in GitHub Mobile.
