Not Received Student Developer pack after approval

Hi everyone,

I applied for GitHub Education benefits on Feb 01, 2025 and also got approved, but haven’t received the education benefits yet.

Could someone from the GitHub Education team assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on the next steps.

Hi, If you were approved but haven't received the benefits, try checking your email (including spam) and your GitHub Education dashboard. If it's still missing, contact GitHub Support.

No need to worry! Since you’re already approved, you’ve got it. GitHub’s verification process can take some time, usually up to 48 hours, sometimes a bit longer. Just give it a little more time. Good luck!

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @devanxhyadav was approved and your benefits are now available.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.
