Mobile verifications disappear

When trying to verify using mobile, the app shows a notification that a verification request has arrived, but when I open the notification there's no verification waiting, and no way to see pending / previous verification requests.

1. Force close and reopen the app.
2. Check for app updates.
3. Clear cache (if on android)
4. Reboot your device
5. Reinstall the app
6. Check time settings

Yes, going thru these steps eventually fixes it, but I'd prefer it just worked each time. 🤷‍♂️
