Hi, @Sneyzi Try these steps..

1. Match Your Name Exactly:
   Make sure your full name at GitHub profile matches exactly as it appears on your academic document. No nicknames or variations.

2. Update Your Academic Document:
   If your current document doesn’t have your full name clearly, if you don't have request and get an updated version from your institution.

3. Use a Clear Photo/Scan:
   Take a clear photo or scan of your student ID or enrollment letter using your device’s camera, as they suggested. Do not use edited or modified files, they will be rejected.

4. Log Out & Log Back In:
   After updating your profile info, log out of GitHub and log back in before reapplying. If you did correctly you will be approved.
