My phone is hacked help i am getting ads everywhere

1. Restart Your Phone in Safe Mode

• Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears.
• Tap and hold Power off until you see "Safe mode."
• Tap Safe mode to restart.
• In Safe Mode, check if the ads still appear. If not, an installed app is causing the issue.

2. Uninstall Suspicious Apps

• Go to Settings > Apps.
• Look for unknown or recently installed apps.
• Uninstall any apps you don't recognize or recently installed before the issue started.

3. Clear Cache & Data of Your Browser

• Open Settings > Apps.
• Find your browser (e.g., Chrome, Samsung Internet).
• Tap Storage & cache > Clear cache and Clear data.

4. Disable Pop-ups in Your Browser

• Open your browser.
• Go to Settings > Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
• Block pop-ups and disable notifications from unknown sites.

5. Check Device Admin Apps

• Go to Settings > Security & privacy > Device admin apps.
• If you see any suspicious apps with admin access, disable them and uninstall them.

6. Run a Malware Scan

• Download Malwarebytes Mobile Security from the Google Play Store.
• Run a full scan and remove any threats.

7. Reset Your Phone (Last Resort)

If the issue persists:

• Backup important data.
• Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset.
