1. Restart Your Phone in Safe Mode

  • Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears.
  • Tap and hold Power off until you see "Safe mode."
  • Tap Safe mode to restart.
  • In Safe Mode, check if the ads still appear. If not, an installed app is causing the issue.

2. Uninstall Suspicious Apps

  • Go to Settings > Apps.
  • Look for unknown or recently installed apps.
  • Uninstall any apps you don't recognize or recently installed before the issue started.

3. Clear Cache & Data of Your Browser

  • Open Settings > Apps.
  • Find your browser (e.g., Chrome, Samsung Internet).
  • Tap Storage & cache > Clear cache and Clear data.

4. Disable Pop-ups in Your Browser

  • Open your browser.
  • Go to Settings > Site set…
