Why is the "Commit changes" button frozen?

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm trying to commit changes to a file on GitHub, but the "Commit changes" button is frozen and unclickable. I've tried refreshing the page, checking my internet connection, and even switching browsers, but it's still not working.

I know that button only enables once you make a change to the file so I assume you are editing content. Can you share the repo? I can try to reporoduce it. Also, can you edit the file with github desktop and an editor (clone, commit, push) to rule out a browser issue. Wonder if it might be some sort of protected branch settings.
