This is a common issue with GitHub Pages. By default, Google identifies the Site Name as "GitHub" because you are using the .github.io subdomain. To change this to GEMS Immigration, you need to provide specific metadata called Structured Data.
Search engines do not update instantly. After you commit and push these changes to your repository, it may take a few days to a few weeks for Google to re-crawl your site. Without this, Google sees your URL (gemsimmigration.github.io) and assumes the "owner" or "site name" is just GitHub.
