The primary reason I decided to upgrade to a paid subscription was to access the Claude Opus model. However, after subscribing, I noticed that this specific model is no longer available or selectable within the Copilot interface.
As a paying customer, I am disappointed by the lack of clear communication regarding the removal or availability of third-party models. Since the service no longer meets the specific requirements for which I purchased it, I would like to request the following:
Clarification on whether Claude Opus will be reinstated or if there is a specific setting to enable it.
If the model is no longer supported, I would like to request a full refund for my current billing cycle, as the product does not match my initial purchase intent.
