Downgrade data plan grayed out

Hi, I am trying to downgrade my data plan, but am unable to do so.
I have deleted all lfs storage, but the button is still greyed out.
Can someone please help me here?

Wops, never mind, I solved it by just changing the data pack number to 0.

lmao.. that was funny as hell, I was having anxiety about where my LFS is cached or smth! it was simple as that.. Worst UX on that..

Because of lacking UX users will come to this post each time ..
BUTTON should somehow "tell" users why is it greyed out
