I'm getting codeql error ( no source code found during the build), we are having xml files .
there is no java code in the repository.

Can anyone suggest how to configure code scanning with my repository.

Hi @madhu-us, Thanks for your question. Are there just XML files in your repository, or is there actual source code in there? If so, in what language?

Hi @jketema, Thanks For the response. We have Only XML files in our repository, XML itself is source code.

XML by itself is not supported. If you generate Java code or code in any other from the XML, then we could scan that generate code, but I'm not sure from the information you've given whether that's the case.

If possible, could you tell me why you think an archive which consists purely from XML would be supported? We might need to update the documentation to make that clearer.

Getting the same issue, even when selected XML as language
