Redesign - dock interaction, icons, and overall appearance settings

although without a doubt elementary is one of the most beautiful distros ever and is very powerful. But I think its icons and the appearance settings need to be upgraded like we should have options to set rounded corners, drop shadow, dock interations like pop up of icons on mouse pointer and control buttons customization. and on top of this all when we install applications from deb package it's top bar is white given from elementary os. but it should have a dark mode or something to blend with.
I hope i'm not asking too much. but these are things I experienced using elementary os.
I personally like it very much and look forward to the upcoming big update :)
