Pihole spinning icons on load, no information loaded until manually reloading page

pihole loads on browser start up, expect to see dashboard with details

pihole loads on browser start up, dashboard is empty with spinning loading icons in every section

FWIW, I am having the same issue. Here is the console log, if it helps for Pi-hole developers

Workaround for me to is to force reload (Command+R) multiple times to resolve it.

Thanks, I'm running in to the same symptom with needing to refresh to get a usable display but not sure it's the same cause. I'll move this to the Web repo where it may get better traction.

Yes with

This will only affect the web interface, no other files will be touched

Thank you, @yubiuser ! I am experiencing development on my local setup. It seems much more stable. I haven't run into the intermittent issue yet.

Circling back to the console log that I captured, and comparing the diff between master & development branch, I think this part fixed the issue. Just a wild guess!

After I hit refresh all is fine. This problem appears about once a day...

Same issue as ##3396, #3361 etc. Will be fixed in the next release. Might be worth trying out #3421 because if that works that would be the best performance-wise.
