Is there an existing issue for this?

Feature description

We would need to use ErrorCount metric from AWS/Logs namespace to monitor CreateExportTask resources.

If support for this namespace could be added, please?

What might the configuration look like?

Reviewing ErrorCount metric - it is not related to an AWS resource (does not relate to ARN).
I think static job config should be enough for this, because there is nothing dynamic to discover.
