Feature description

Add support to fetch AWS RDS Enhanced Monitoring metrics.

What might the configuration look like?

discovery:
  jobs:
  - type: rds-enhanced
    period: 30
    length: 600
    metrics:
    - name: SomeExportedMetric
      statistics: [Minimum, Maximum]
