got roomEmpty from QiscusCore.shared.chatUser()

I do step below

QiscusCore.setup(AppID: Constants.Chat.appID)
QiscusCore.setUser
QiscusCore.shared.chatUser

But I got room is Empty like this

If After I got the room. i got error below
