[DF] Axis range deduction for Histo2D and Histo3D actions in RDF

Explain what you would like to see improved and how.

Moving from JIRA: ROOT-8883

It would be nice to have, not just per se, but also because users are used to not having to specify axis ranges when using e.g. TTree::Draw.
The main issue is that we fill a different copy of the histogram in each thread, which means that if we used automatic axis resizing naively we would end up having to merge histograms with different binnings.
