Add an end-to-end test

Currently all the tests use mocks or fakes. There should be an actual integration test with isup.me to verify that the thing works, at least in CI. The badge should not say "build passing" if the tool is useless.

I'm labeling this a bug because for awhile there `isup google.com` was reporting down for everyone, contrary to obvious fact.
